A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment may be moved to another available time or refunded.
Cancellations, reschedule requests, or no-shows made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
If Johnston Houseworks needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, weather, or another service issue, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a new appointment.
First-time customers are required to pay in full before or at the time of the first appointment.
For established customers, the remaining balance is due at the completion of each service.
